The location of the property was ideal. If you visit hill house nursery, just 5 minutes walk, anran @ tidwell farm is a good option to stop over. Best designer hotel we ever visited during my trips so far. Luxury venue, we loved our stay here❤

The location was incredible and stunning, close to the Grade 11 listed Tidwell Farm, dog friendly pond and pub & cafe along country lanes. The unit we got was nice styled and immaculately clean with a bath, a lovely bathroom, as for instance.

We didn't have time, but we would definitely go back. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone. The staff was accommodating and amiable providing the information.

It was an amazing and incredible location very close to the Devon tourist sites, Tidwell Farm and the best local restaurants and shops.

The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully designed with a mix of stone and wood, creating a calming and natural atmosphere. We loved the fact that we had access to the stunning grounds and were able to relax by the lake, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast provided was also top-notch, with delicious food that left us feeling satisfied. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us, offering a peaceful and tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The personnel was HELPFUL offered me a well-designed room with separate shower and a four poster bed. The breakfast was bountiful and warm, such variety, with freshly squeezed orange juice and different yogurts.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They even gave us a tour of the beautiful gardens and allowed our dog to take a refreshing swim in the lake. We were able to go on long walks and explore nearby villages, as well as easily visit the Moors and the coast.- The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning.
